TERMS OF SALE:
 The property is being sold “As Is” without any warranties or contingencies and is to be sold Subject to Seller Confirmation. Bidders must be registered and must be prepared to pay a minimum deposit of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price by Cash, Certified Check or Guaranteed Funds made payable to Wiederseim Assoc., Inc., which must be accompanied by a bank letter of irrevocable guarantee. A 10% (ten percent) Buyer’s Premium will be added to, and considered part of, the purchase price. The final settlement shall occur on or before December 14, 2011. 

 

Property is being sold by order of The Board of Supervisors West Pikeland Township.
