1) PAYMENT OF YOUR WIEDERSEIM INVOICE

• Wiederseim sends invoices to successful bidders within thirty-six hours after the end of each sale via email and postal mail.

• Wiederseim accepts personal or business checks, certified or cashier’s checks, money orders or bank wire transfers for payment. Credit cards and PayPal are not accepted

• Checks and money orders should be made payable and mailed to:

Important Note: in order to provide you with a quote, the shipper will need to know the sale date and lot number(s) of your item(s). Payment for their services is due directly to the shipper and we will need a signed authorization or an email from you to release the property to the shipper.  Please go to Info Requests and Forms on our web page left-hand navigation bar to print and include it with your payment or fax to us at (610) 827-1930.

 3) FINALIZE YOUR PAPERWORK

Once you have arranged payment and shipping of your WIEDERSEIM auction purchase(s), you must supply WIEDERSEIM with a signed copy of the authorized release form or an email with shipping instructions. The form and/or specific instructions allows the shipping agent to collect items on your behalf once payment has been cleared and the item(s) are available for pick-up. The shippers for smaller items make weekly trips to our warehouse, but please instruct your shipper(s) for larger items  that they must contact us forty-eight hours in advance to make an appointment for pick up at (610) 827-1910. Our warehouse is located at 1041 West Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
